Monthly and weekly lease rental

Monthly rental depends on the term profile (2 years, 3 years and 5 years) and capital cost.
Example for calculation:
Capital cost: £ 4,000 + VAT
Term profile: 3 YEARS - MONTHLY: 3+33 (3 x Months Initial Rental followed 1 month later by first of 33 monthly rental)
How to calculate: Take the 3+33 Rate for the price band required = £ 34.85 per thousand £ and multiply by the capital cost - £ 4,000 = 34.85 x 4 = 139.40

Monthly Rental therefore = £ 139.40 + VAT
Annual payments = £ 1,672.80 + VAT
Weekly payments = £ 32.17 + VAT
